Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps is still on probation after her infamous 2017 Christmas Eve incident when she drunkenly told a police officer that she would kill him if he kept touching her during her arrest in Palm Beach, Florida. Amid reports that she isn’t attending her required AA meetings, de Lesseps still claims that she is doing everything she can to stay sober.
During New York Fashion Week, the RHONY star walked in the annual Blue Jacket Fashion Show and then revealed that she is going back to Florida soon with her castmates. But this time, she won’t be drinking alcohol.

“I plan on going to Miami with the girls, so I will be drinking Diet Coke with Jill Zarin,” said de Lesseps, adding “Jill does not drink.”
De Lesseps said that she doesn’t wasn’t people to change what they do just because she is there, and she has no interest in putting that kind of pressure on her friends. So, she is fine with people drinking alcohol around her, explaining “you kind of get used to it.”
She also revealed that it helps her to have something in her hand at all times to make her feel like she’s drinking, so she opts for mocktails.
Even though de Lesseps insists that she is on the straight and narrow after her arrest and two stints in rehab, TMZ is reporting that her probation officer has given her a wake-up call and made it clear that she is not keeping up with the terms of her probation.
The outlet obtained legal documents that said de Lesseps has failed to prove she is attending the required two AA meetings per week or taking random sobriety tests, which were the terms of the sweet plea deal she got after originally being charged with four felonies.

De Lesseps isn’t in major trouble just yet, but she has been warned – it’s time to get it together. After six months of supervision, she is still blowing off the terms of her probation, and that must change.
In addition to the AA meetings and sobriety checks, LuAnn de Lesseps was also required to perform 50 hours of community service. And, according to those court documents, she is halfway through that obligation, having completed 25 hours.
