Christina Nadin in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Peachy"

Christina Nadin is hitting the gym in her green Alo onesie. In a new social media post the stunning model flaunts her fit figure in a mirror selfie taken at the gym, attracting lots of attention in the curve-hugging exercise number. "Peachyyyy," commented one of her followers. "Babe," added another. How does the influencer stay fit? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.,

In an interview with Miss Arnelle Patterson, the model revealed that her mother handed over some helpful hydration advice. "My mum tells me to drink loads of water so I guess that helps!" she said when asked about her approach to beauty. "I try to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated," Nadin added to Vogue.

The model mixes up her cardio workouts. "With exercise, I like running, skipping and spinning classes!" Nadin told Miss Arnelle Patterson. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

While Christina tries to eat healthy, she has a few indulgences including "Sunday roast with all the trimmings! I love my roast potatoes and gravy," she told Miss Arnelle Patterson. And for a sweet treat? "Big pot of Nutella! Always essential." She added to Sunnies Studios that her morning smoothie consists of blueberries, peanut butter, oat milk, and vanilla protein.

"Looking after my skin and body helps me with my self-confidence. When you treat yourself right, you feel better about yourself. Whenever my skin is at its best, I feel most confident." Christina told Nylon.

She also loves Pilates or Forma, Nadin told Sunnies Studios. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

You will also find Christina riding waves. She loves visiting "Siargao now that I've learned to surf. It's just a nice place to be," she told Vogue. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
